The rebel, LEUNG WING SAN, President of the CHING 道社

TO SH'E, Shantung Street, Reclamation, Mong Kok, Hong Kong,

has been made puppet magistrate of the PUN U District,

taking with him a great number of his followers. The

enemy only allowed him to be a nominal puppet, and merely

approving one of his followers to be his (LEUNG's) private

secretary. The others had to return to Hong Kong

despairingly. The management of that Society (CHING TO SH'E)
